Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

We here in the United States really do have a wonderful life.  We have rows and rows of fruits and vegetables at our finger tips.  For those less fortunate here in the states we have food pantries and soup kitchens.  We cannot be denied medicine or emergency medical care, there is a safety net surrounding us all in case of some disaster of nature or some financial disaster at home.
There are places in the world without a safety net, places where people live daily on the precipice of disaster.  Each day the meal to sustain life is scratched out and each day the desperate search begins once again.  The things we take for granted here, clean water, electricity,  and grocery stores, are things these people dream of one day having.

I am hoping when you visit this website you will see what an average price for a Christmas present here in the US will purchase for someone in the third world.  No  gift wrapping, no crowded malls, no returns, you don't need to know the size of the person you are buying for because
                                                                 ONE SIZE FITS ALL !!!

This kind of gift makes the giver happier than the recipient.  Spread the good word, email this link to friends. May God Bless you and yours during the upcoming holidays.
Hugs and Kisses

  1. Beautiful synopsis, Anna ;) It's wonderful when we have the means to give from our hearts and Souls. In my opinion, there are ways we can give from our hearts whether or not it's in the form of financial gifts. We can give our time, by volunteering to help an organization or endeavor, we can give by donating things we have in excess in our homes, we give by spreading the word about a humanitarian endeavor ... when we, as professionals donate our time to a cause, we are giving from the heart.

Thanks for reminding me that it's important to continue giving to get outside of myself and to think of others misfortunes and hardships ... and to be grateful every minute of every day for all the wonderful things I have in my Life! xoxox
